Measurement & Floorplan orders Please complete the order form below to place an order for a measurement and/or a floorplan for your listings. Please fill out the form completely. Once your request is received, you will be by phone or email to set up the appointment to measure the property. If you would like a quote for the measurement/floorplan job, please indicate that in the Additional Comments field and you will receive an estimate by email within 24 hours. Minimum charges for Floorplan with Measurement are $150 for Measurements with or without a Floorplan. Additional charges may apply for properties located outside Mecklenburg County. Thank you!
